Here’s a pictorial recap of Jude’s Baptism on Sunday, April 22, 2012. As a friend said to me, there really are no words to describe this moment. So, I’ll allow the pictures to do the storytelling. Thanks to our dear friend Sue for snapping these photos. And Father Kautzky, we are blessed to call you friend and Father. Thank you for celebrating Jude’s first sacrament with us!

Oh how I love to see a beautiful baptismal gown on a boy. All three of my boys wore the same one and I will treasure it forever. Your son is so gorgeous!
Hey Misty! Glad we agree that boys can wear gowns for baptism, too! An elderly woman I saw at Mass thought I was nuts for dressing him the way I did. :)
He is incredibly handsome, and clearly filled with the Holy Spirit! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for the kind words! You have very beautiful children, Mary Beth, so that’s a high compliment!
He is angelic. What a handsome baby! Congratulations.

Hugs to you my sweet friend. This is beautiful.
Thank you. Hugs back.
I have seen this bit by Peter Kreeft before. Such a good reminder for those tough parenting days (aka most days!!)
I needed this. God bless you and all the parents out there. My Joshua is 19 months and quite the handful these days.
