I made my writing debut for CatholicMom.com this week and will be contributing there every first and third Tuesday. I greatly admire Lisa Hendey, the feminine genius behind CatholicMom, and am tickled pink to be collaborating with her. This week I write about Radio Apps and the New Evangelization.
For Facebook users, CatholicMom.com now has a fan page. Head over and check it out here.

You’ve most likely heard about Fortnight for Freedom — the fourteen days from June 21 to July 4 dedicated to prayer, study, and public action in defense of religious liberty. Steven Greydanus, the film critic for the National Catholic Register, suggests 14 films to watch during this time period. Check out his post, Fortnight of Films Celebrate Religious Liberty, to learn more.
After reading Steven’s movie suggestions and getting all stoked to watch them, I registered an account with PiusMedia.com. Ever hear of it? Think Netflix. But Catholic. All 14 films on Steven’s list are available to rent. The company also supports pro-life organizations such as Priests for Life and crisis pregnancy centers. Quite enough for me — you have my business, PiusMedia. Looking forward to getting my first rental in the mail!

Timothy Cardinal Dolan’s new ebook, True Freedom: On Protecting Human Dignity and Religious Liberty, is now available for $.99. I’d say that’s a really good deal. And it’s jam-packed with pearls of wisdom. Go get a copy.
I’m serious. Go get a copy of his book. You don’t want the finger from Cardinal Dolan, do you?!
